The idyllic setting of the property enables clients to enjoy a totally relaxing holiday, looking directly out onto the bay that is renowned as one of the best windsurfing bays on the island. It is also perfect for dingy sailing, snorkeling and water skiing .
The pebble beach remains quiet even at high season and the afternoon breeze welcome after the midday sun.

At Yanny's house you will be living amongst an extended Greek family, spread amongst the three houses that make up this tiny hamlet by the sea.
The sea around you is beautifully clear and has ideal swimming conditions, containing a delightful bounty of fish, squid octopus etc. for the fishing enthusiast. |

Kassiopi village is approximately fifteen minutes walk from the apartment, by road or through a pleasant olive grove.
Ten minutes up the road is a well stocked supermarket, travel office (with international telephone and money exchange facilities) and tennis courts for hire.
The village is busy by day and night, offering a host of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all ages. Windsurf, boat and car hire are all available - boat hire being particularly recommendable due to the position of the apartment, with countless bays, beaches and inlets immediately south of Votana beach.
These include the quaint and picturesque resorts of St. Stefanos, Kouloura, Kalami and Agni. Twenty minutes walk from the house (5 minute drive) is the vast beach at Avlaki, which can bee seen along the headland from the beach in front of the apartment.
Corfu island is nowadays well used to tourists and in some places is very well developed. We are pleased to offer you a little piece of old Corfu, a sweep of beautiful unspoiled coastline at your disposal, with a bustling holiday resort within easy distance but out of earshot.

Consists of an electric oven, fridge/freezer, plenty of work surface and bar seating area. it is fully equipped for a maximum of six people.

The apartment has a comfortable lounge area, simple but pleasantly furnished. Ceramic floor tiling and the position of the room ensures a cool, shady area very often welcome in the summer heat. French doors open onto the patio area, and a beautiful full sea view is appreciated from inside and outside the house.

The Master Bedroom has a sea view and contains a double bed with family size wardrobes.
The second bedroom (right) is to the rear of the house and has two single beds. There is also a single sofa divan in the lounge and an extra camp bed can be fitted on request to sleep a party of 6.

The bathroom contains washbasin and shower unit with hot & cold running water and W.C.

In front of the apartment before the beach there is a well kept garden patio area. Here, under the wooden porch that runs the full length of the house, is the outside eating area.
A portable BBQ is also to be found on the patio, as is an outside shower.

The garden is enclosed by railings and a private gate.
Access to the beach in front of the house is via a slip path at the side of the house that is private to tenants and the surrounding resident Greek family.
The apartment has Central Heating for winter bookings.

Additional Information
The apartment is cleaned to a very high standard before your arrival. There is no maid service throughout your stay, but cleaning materials are provided. If maid service is required, private arrangements can be made on request.
Blankets and Linen are provided, as is a weekly laundry service for sheets, pillowcases and towels ( Personal Laundry Service on request).
A small Grocery Pack is provided to greet you on arrival.
Transfer time from Corfu airport to the apartment is one hour, and on confirmation of booking we will arrange a taxi pickup to and from the airport for you (Please note, this charge is not included in the booking.)
Air tickets and bookings are the clients responsibility (We prefer Monday - Monday bookings), but if any help is required regarding finding, purchasing and booking airline tickets, we advise you to book through our local travel agent.
Please don't forget to ensure that you have adequate personal medical insurance for the duration of your stay.
