Villa Perris is located in an enviable position, in the front of the Byzantine Castle’s ruins, with an enchanting view of the cave of Kassiopi.

Kassiopi is one of the most picturesque villages in Corfu where Corfiot traditions, crystal clear waters, unspoilt beaches as well as tranquillity, entertainment and night life coexist harmoniously.

The Villa Perris complex is situated overlooking the fishing port and next to the center of Kassiopi, 36 km from Corfu town and 200m from the scenic beaches of the village, in some of which one can engage in a variety of water sports including scuba diving and underwater fishing.

The complex consists of 2 apartments (4-6 persons), 3 front studios (2 persons) and 3 rear studios (2 persons):

2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, budge with double bed-sofa, kitchen, bathroom, private sea view balcony.

Front Studios

1 bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchen, bathroom and private sea view balcony.

Rear Studios

1 bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchen, bathroom. The 3 rear studios have mountain view and share a big sea view balcony.
